Not in the mood for the hustle and bustle of the Efteling? Then hire a bike and find peace and quiet in the Loonse and Drunense Dunes. The ever-changing landscape of the national park ensures that this beautiful area never gets boring. Or go cycling in the Oisterwijk woods and fens or the beautiful river landscape north of Waalwijk, even the beautiful fortified town of Heusden can be reached within an hour. Stroll along the centuries-old cobblestones through the narrow atmospheric streets and then find a spot on one of the many terraces. Discover the surroundings of Kaatsheuvel on Ascension Day

The GuestHouse Hotel is very centrally located in Brabant, providing plenty of fun activities in the area. Within half an hour’s drive, you can visit big cities like Breda, Tilburg and Den Bosch. Here you can enjoy a day of shopping, sniff up some culture or grab a terrace. And are you in Den Bosch? Then a delicious Bossche Bol is a must, of course.

Safaripark the Beekse Bergen can be reached by car in 25 minutes. We definitely recommend you go here by car so you can go on an adventure in the car safari. Then you’ll drive right into the middle of the leopards, giraffes and zebras. Did you know that we also offer a fairytale and safari package? This gives you one day to visit the Efteling and one day to visit the Beekse Bergen.

What is there to do in Kaatsheuvel during Ascension?
During Ascension, there are plenty of activities to do in the area around Kaatsheuvel. For example, the Efteling, Beekse Bergen and the Loonse and Drunense Dunes can be reached within half an hour.
