Number one priority for GuestHouse Hotels is the health, safety and well-being of our guests and employees. In addition to having extensive health and safety procedures within GuestHouse Hotels, we also continue to adhere to the guidelines and protocols of the official bodies. Developments and guidelines, both locally and nationally, are closely monitored on a daily basis.

We at the hotel would like to inform you about the extra measures we have taken to increase your safety during your stay with us.

  • Wearing facemasks is mandatory for both hotel guests and staff
  • Hand sanitizers in all public spaces.
  • Increased disinfection frequency of sanitary facilities, public areas surfaces etc.
  • At the entrance guests can disinfict their hands
  • The front-office staff is partially shielded with plexiglass
  • Check-in and out can also be done online to ensure enough space for everyone on site

For your booking we apply the conditions as included in your booking confirmation. Whenever you have questions concerning your reservation, please let us know!

I have booked with an arrival date before January 19th, 2021, what happens to my reservation?
 
1. You can keep the reservation. In this case, the reservation will be transferred to a room in our new annex. So please note that there are no facilities available. We are happy to discuss any take away options with you.
2. What we would love you to do too is to move your reservation to another date after January 19th, 2021. If your new date turns out not to fit in, you simply move the reservation for a 2nd or 3rd time.
3. If you have made a reservation with a flexible rate, it is also possible to cancel it. (pssst… option 2 has our prefrence)

Can we come over?
Of course we would like to welcome youand that is still possible in a different form. We advise you to always follow the advice as communicated by the local government.

How can I rebook or cancel my reservation?
Reservations made directly with us can contact us by phone or email. By referring to your confirmation number we can help you quickly . We are available daily from 9 am to 9 pm by phone (+31416-273567) or by email (info@guesthousehotels.nl). Excluding: December 25, 26 & 31, 2020 and January 1, 2021.
 
Did you book through a booking channel? Then contact the relevant channel and they will assist you with your booking.
